Tom&Tiki is an organic line of pet food created by
award-winning chef, Tom Colicchio. The story begins when Tom adopts Tiki, a flat-coated retriever. Hence Tom & Tiki. His new line of organic pet food will be sold in pricier grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joes.
Scope: Develop a branding package for a fictional pet food line.
Concept
I went with a linear logo style that suggests the strong connection between humans and dogs. In this way, it appeals to dog lovers and triggers powerful emotions. To accompany the style of the logo, I developed a line of fun illustrations that adds character to the dogs and makes them part of the family.

In order to find the perfect logo, I analyzed a series of logo variations in terms of composition, type, and stroke weight.
